Prenatal Yoga

I recently bought this video because I was missing my weekly yoga sessions.  I am needing the mind/body connection more and more now that I'm getting closer.

It actually wasn't too bad.  It wasn't the more intense yoga practice that I'm used to at the gym but it did the trick to appease me for the day.  It was SO nice to stretch my back because it is very tight!  I get to do weekly yoga again.  So exciting!
