You know something is wrong when I'm only on my second water bottle by 11 am. Normally I'm on my 4th or 5th by now. I've had a terrible sore throat all week long. I don't feel like eating or swallowing anything because it hurts but I need the calories. The other day I went to Jamba Juice for lunch because I know those things have tons of calories---okay empty calories I know but it was the only thing I could muster down.
What do you do when you have a sore throat?
