3-2-1...Workout!

This is the new craze.  Actually it's not really that new anymore because it has been around for awhile but it may be new to some of you.  Every week you should do this:

3 days of cardio


2 days of strength training


1 day of yoga

I've been following this for awhile now and have seen some changes in my body so I highly recommend this set up.  I don't always get in my yoga but love it when I do.

  1. Do you do yoga at your gym or do a video at home? I was thinking about getting a video but didn't know which ones were good.

  2. I'm pretty sure that doing ANYTHING (for me) would be a step in the right direction. I think I'm getting close to rock bottom so I foresee this in my near future!!
