Monday's Must Have-Chicken Parmesan Bake

I found this recipe via Pinterest last week and I made it tonight.  It was a huge hit!  Even my picky eater ate it.  Okay, he couldn't have the special drink until he had two bites but even after he had the special drink (aka Root Beer) in hand he still finished it.  Success!  Click here for the recipe.
